For the old phone number, get a new SIM from your Carrier.

Here's how to reset your Apple ID password and regain access to your account.

If you forgot your Apple ID password

Go to Settings.
Tap your name > Password & Security > Change Password.
Follow the onscreen instructions to reset your password.

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support (IN)

Go to the Apple ID account website, click Sign In, click “Forgot Apple ID or password?”, then follow the onscreen instructions.
