My iMessage storage says it’s taking up 74.7 GB of data but I deleted all of my messages and it hasn’t gone down

You may need to restart the iPhone to see the storage amount update

New iCloud Session:

Log out of iCloud and then log back in. Perhaps it all needs to re-sync?
