Can I get a tax refund directly from Apple by ordering online and picking it up at the store?

I'm thing of buying an iPhone from Amsterdam in my vacation and I want to get a tax refund.

I read at several websites that Apple directly refunds your paid taxes by sending some documents to Apple via e-mail.

Is that true? If it's true, how can I do it? Thanks.
