Welcome to Apple Support Communities. You recently reviewed Identity verification for Apple Card or Apple Cash so you may be seeing a prompt to verify your identity. Right? If so, is there an error message or what happens? Make sure to follow the tips in that article which are as follows.
• Place your card on a dark background.
• Capture all four corners of your card.
• Make sure that there's nothing between your device's camera and the card that would obscure it.
You may also be trying to add your government ID to Apple Wallet. If that's the case, the states in which this is a current option are Arizona, Colorado and Maryland as mentioned in IDs in Wallet are here. If you live in one of those states, you can add your driver's license or state ID using the information from Add your driver's license or state ID to Apple Wallet.
