My iPhone 13 pro max camera is making a stutter that is not allowing me to take photos unless it is in portrait mode. It is quite annoying and need to fix it as I need to take photos of my jobsite every day to document events and I purchased the pro model for the ultra wide lens and I cannot use it for some reason now.

There are a few steps you can try at this link that may resolve the issue: If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working. Mainly they'd be testing the issue without your iPhone case and restarting the iPhone.
You can also make sure this isn't related to an outdated version of iOS. The most current version should 16.2. Here's how to Update your iPhone or iPad.
If the issue is still occurring after these steps, it is likely service is required. You'd next Contact Apple Support.
