Do i lose my photos if i changed icloud on the same phone
If i click on sign out from my apple id and I opened a new apple id then I reopened my main apple id do i lose all the photos that they are not installed on my icloud???

You should not lose the photos that haven't been synced to iCloud. When you sign out, you will only lose the photos backed up to the iCloud library associated with the Apple ID you're signing out of.
