iPad Pro 2022 shuts down while charging and won’t restart

I purchased a new iPad Pro in October 2022 and have had issues with it powering off when charging overnight. Until now I have been able to do a hard reset (volume up, volume down and hold start button) and it would power on. However, today, Dec 26, it will not restart. Anyone have a solution or will this require a visit to the Apple Store?
