If Apple takes action on your request without contacting you, you can re-report it, saying the previous request was a mistake.
When I've reported things re Maps, Apple have emailed me for verification. If they do, tell them the report was in error. Mischief managed.
NOTE: If Apple emails you, it may be some time after your report. Earlier this year I reported a local museum for being 4 miles out of place, and it was two weeks before they responded by email. To their credit, once we were in contact, the matter was satisfactorily resolved in under 36 hours.
