Open two or more documents at same time in Pages

In Pages 12.2.1, how do you open two or more separate documents on your monitor at the same time so you can easily cut and paste between them while all of the documents are open and visible?

Just open multiple Pages documents that will appear in separate Pages document windows. One running Pages application will manage all of them, and only one window at a time is active.

When you copy content or style from one open Pages window, you will need to click on the destination window before pasting any content. You can also close any selected document window when done with it.
