i need to delete an old account from my family sharing
i have family sharing my daughter lost her phone i want to delete her old account on my family sharing and the remove option does not show when i click on her name

See Leave Family Sharing - Apple Support and the section Remove someone from your family group. If your child's account has her as under 13 then you cannot remove her from the family, only move her to another one. I would think it makes more sense for her to keep the same account which you/she can activate on a new device when the time comes.
