All my shared albums got deleted

I had problems with my shared albums, in which I had multiple pictures since 2020. I checked an article of Apple that recommended to deactivate the shared albums option from iCloud settings and then activate it again, because all the albums will come back eventually. It didn’t happened and my shared albums don’t appear in my photos app. I didn’t actually delete them, just deactivate the shared albums option. If it’s something I can do, please tell me. I have tons of important pictures.

Hi there featmichi101,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand you need help with missing Shared Albums on your device. We have some guidance to assist with this. First, was this Shared Album one you created or were invited to?

If you were invited to it, you may need to check with the author to resend the invitation. If you are the creator, we'd recommend checking your account at the iCloud website to see if they are visible there. That will help rule out if the issue is specific to your account or your iOS device.

Also, sometimes restarting your device will help resolve many issues:

Restart your iPhone

Lastly, if you still aren't seeing your Shared Albums, reach out to our support teams directly. You can reach them here: Get Support - Apple

You can also find our phone number for your region at this link: Contact Apple for Support and Service

Take care.
