Messaging Androids

when I try to text any android user, my phone texts me back “unable to send message - message blocking is active.” I don’t know how to fix this and have done everything from every troubleshooting page on google. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Contact your carrier. SMS/MMS is a carrier feature. They’ll have to fix it.
