My iPhone shows sim locked how I can remove it.
Thanks for your comments actually I bought my iPhone 14 in Canada and brought it to my country. I have never used any sim but when I checked it’s showing sim locked. Should I contact Apple or other Carrier?
If the SIM is locked now....as you tell us....inserting a new SIM card will not unlock the SIM.
Decide on a carrier that you want to use and call them to see if they can help you set up the phone. We cannot help with this.
Your carrier is the only one who can remove the lock on the SIM card, but you should understand that the carrier is under no obligation to do this. You will have to work things out with the carrier.

Apple cannot help on a SIM card. Only the carrier can unlock the SIM.
Contact the carrier the phone is locked to they are the only ones who can unlock the phone. Apple can't help you.

You might want to ask around among your friends to find a carrier that they have been happy with.
