Just setup new iphone 14 pro. Cannot sent group messages (which appear to have non-iphone users). I've disabled messages, turned back on, enabled mms, sms, all the things.

I’m having the same issue with the same phone. I’ve tried almost everything (except that one thing that will make it work). Nothing seems to work. I’ve mimicked my wife’s phone and still nothing. Hopefully someone can help!
Same issue here, but on all devices - iPhone 14 Pro, old iPad, Mac, etc. I can create a group message that includes non-iPhone users, but each person receives an individual message so their replies don’t go to the group.
I doubt it’s a device issue. More likely a back-end issue. Plus, SMS is just terrible technology.
Hoping to hear if anyone resolves this issue as I have to same one.
We fixed the issue. We dialed 611 and spoke to a tech. Not sure what they did exactly but they fixed the issue. Try that. Good luck.
