Why is Face ID not recognized to unlock my phone? I have rest my Face ID multiple times even added glasses still my iPhone 13 Pro Max doesn’t recognize my face to unlock my phone. Any suggestions on a fix? I’m running on iOS 16.2. Thanks.

Does it work when you don’t use your glasses? I am asking this because in my personal experience with the iPhone 13 Pro Max Face ID acts buggy with glasses.

Kevin, It doesn’t work even without my glasses. I have tried it different lighting conditions and still doesn’t recognize my face to unlock the phone.
