ask to buy notification for child not working and everything is turned on for me to recieve notifications.
child click on the application to buy, enter password, ask to buy come up and then appliction starts to download. Then immediately the appliction stop downloading and I do not recieve a ask to buy notification on iphone device.

The only thing that worked for us was to sign my kid out from icloud (and restarted the phone which might not have been necessary) and then logged him back in.
(I found that tip on another forum.)
I spent hours trying everything before that and every setting was correct, but it still didn't work. No notification reached me from his phone. Very frustrating.
(They did reach me from his iPad so I figured that the problem must be something on his phone.)
