How can I delete unnecessary apps to increase storage on series 3 watch

Series 3 has a low memory. You can remove any apps that can be removed by tap and hold on the app list, and tap Edit apps then tap on any app with the X showing. If there is no X you cannot delete it
Before doing that I would think about unpairing the watch and set it up again without restoring the backup.
