Just used QuickStart to transfer my data from an old iPad to a new iPad air. It mostly worked, but none of my open tabs in Safari transferred. How, in IOS 16, can I transfer a whole group (like 140) of open tabs between the iPad? I can do it one at a time, but I'd like to simply clone the whole group

Solved! First I figured out how to put all 140 open tabs into a named tab group.
Then on the new iPad, you long press on the "cascading squares" tab icon. From the drop down menu, choose "Move to tab group" which brings up a sub menu where the named tab group I made is listed. That opened all 140 tab on my new iPad.
This works only if you are signed into both iPads using the same Apple ID. There are ways (text, etc) to send a tab group to someone else.

As described, QuickStart performed as expected.
QuickStart will copy all saved-data between old and new devices - such as Safari Favourites, Bookmarks, Reading List and saved Tab Groups.
QuickStart is not designed or intended to transfer the running state of open Apps - such as open Safari tabs.
