Apple TV app on Samsung TVs are not showing the library. When will the app be fixed? I’ve been through the Apple support folks and did everything possible to fix. It appears to be a software issue. How long until it is fixed? Any idea? I’d like to use on my TV the library of movies and TV shows I’ve purchased.

it’s an issue with the Apple TV app that is loaded on the Samsung TV. The Apple support folks confirmed and they are working to resolve. Just have not heard a timeline for resolution and there are apparently a lot of folks awaiting resolution from Apple and an update pushed.

This is a user forum, no one here can answer that. If support determined there was an issue with the app on Samsung then you will need to go back to them to see about the timeline for the fix.
Right, but as I said you need to go back to Apple support to ask about the timeline for the fix.
