Only French on my Apple TV download series

I downloaded White Lotus earlier this month for our trip. When I went to play it, it was in French. When I go to the language 'bubble' in bottom left of screen, French is the only option, no English.

I'm not sure how this happened but I would like the series in English not French, can you help?

How to I change tv series audio that I've purchased on Apple tv app Why is it when on my apple tv app, when I download a tv series it'll only play in French? Have had two different series do this. Movies will play in English but shows in French? How to I change this and if I can't how to I get a refund? I've tried multiple different ways to change the language.

Apple TV is only playing in French?? It says it’s English but it’s French????? I tried to change it to English but only says English but it’s still in French?? I just bought Knight Rider and it started this??? It seams that only the show has refused to play in English ??? What is going on???

You may have purchased the wrong version/edition. You may want to contact Apple about rectifying this.
