IKEA trådfri hub stops working with Homekit

I have smart home system using Ikea trådfri, and I used to be able to pair it on my iPhone 13pro on homekit. It just suddenly stopped working, nothing has changed. I have already reset my phone, my internet router, the hub, and re-pair homekit again. it took me a few tries to pair it and it detected all my lights and blinds.

But then it just says "No response" on the homekit, and all lights and blinds cannot be controlled using HomeKit. There was a brief moment (under one minute) that my lights were shown working on HomeKit, I tried to group my lights, then it went back into "no response"

It is just endlessly frustrating. Any solutions please?

Hey bilbilbo,

Those were great steps in trying to resolve the issue with your accessories not responding in the Home app. In your troubleshooting, did you also update your software and any apps that are needed for the accessories you have in your home? Updates help by installing bug fixes and security updates too. Here are some guides to help with updating, just in case:

  1. Back up your iPhone and update the iOS using these steps: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
  2. After updating the software, update your apps: How to manually update apps on your Apple device - Apple Support

If you're already updated or the issue continues, make sure Bluetooth is turned on your iPhone and that iCloud Keychain is turned on too. The steps under "If you can't add an accessory" mention the above steps and can be found here: Add an accessory to the Home app - Apple Support

Let us know how it goes.

Take care!
