Annotating PDFs with Freeform?
Is it possible to annotate a pdf with Freeform and Apple Pencil?
Can you clarify what you are asking? You are posting in the Ventura forum. The Ventura version of Freeform doesn’t support Apple Pencil at all, because it is an iPad accessory. So your answer would be no.
But you can import PDFs into Freeform and draw on top of the. That isn’t truly “annotation”, but you probably could eventually spit out another PDF from it.
