I logged in with another person's email and left it for a week, then returned my email. Now, when I want to update a program, it asks me for the first email (the email of the other person), what should I do?

Do you have a shop ?

Hello,

What you should do is delete the app downloaded with the other Apple ID (email) and redownload it with the one you normally use. When an app is downloaded it is linked to the ID used to download it and updating the app requires the Apple ID for the account that downloaded it.
