iPhone hacked calls to Apple Support redirected to hacker group

I have been unable to get through the Apple or talk to Apple regarding this every time I attempt to speak or call Apple my calls or redirected to an unknown number. It’s also happens when I call my carrier people to answer the phone or not associated with the companies in anyway they are very unprofessional and little nuances that these employees are normally have or not present I need help I need an apple response.
