i cannot cancel my subscription

the app company doesn’t reply my complaint 😭

That screenshot indicates you've already canceled the subscription. It will not auto-renew when it expires on 20 September 2023.


If you need it to be removed from your account because you're trying to change a region, you'll need to contact Apple Support using the link at the bottom left of the page.
