Macbook Pro 2017 screen issue
I purchased the Macbook Pro 14” 2021 few days ago and switched it on today morning. All went on smoothly. I returned to my old macbook pro 2017, which i promised to my daughter as a gift but coincidentally when switching it on earlier today, the screen started malfunction and showing verticle 3cms purple lines. The latter would improve when closing the screen partly about 30deg. I went to the nearest apple store who were well aware of this issue and they advised me a complete screen change for about 1500$. That was crazy and i was really disappointed with this apple product. Now i have got a new model and i really dont know what to expect in future. Apple should help out for these kind of manufacturing defects so as maintain clients satisfaction & trust. Kindly advise what should i do in such situation? Thank you.
