iCloud

“Contacts” does not show up as an app when I sign into iCloud, and I can not sync contacts on two iPhones. Mail and other apps do show up on iCloud.

Unfortunately Contacts no longer show at iCloud.com using iOS devices, although they do appear on Macs. If you have trouble syncing contacts between devices, try turning off syncing for Contacts on both devices in Settings > [Your Name] > Contacts, then turn it back on.
