Amazon Prime App running poorly on Apple TV

My amazon prime app has been working poorly for months. All other apps work as intended. It freezes, and often doesn’t get past initial startup without warning messages in foreign languages. If I restart the Apple TV, it will work for a short while.

I have restarted the unit, closed and opened the app, and deleted the app and reinstalled with no changes.

Apple TV is up-to-date with software.

If the issue persists after reinstall then you will need to reach out to Amazon so they can investigate the issue with their app.
