I just received a $100 trade-in value in a form of a digital gift card. I paid in full for a 128 GB 14 Pro Max, $100 in a form of gift card and the rest is charged on my Visa credit card.
Does anyone know who to contact to ask for $100 refunded back to my Visa card instead of a gift card?

I initiated a chat session with support and was given a toll free number. Chat personnel says that they (phone support) have the authority to do such thing.
So I called and explained that I'd rather get a cash back refunded to my card and have the $100 digital gift card removed from my Apple account. It's approved. Problem solved.
