how can i find my contacts in my icloud account

If your contacts were synced with iCloud, you can use any internet browser and log into www.icloud.com and go to the Contacts app there. Also, if you turn iCloud contacts on in a device using the same Apple ID for iCloud, the contacts will automatically sync with it.
