iPhone stuck on sos
My iPhone has been stuck on sos only for a few months now. I’ve tried everything to fix it but nothing’s worked. What do I do? How can I fix the issue?

Cancelling SOS:
If you do not need to use SOS, then cancel it, and say "pocket tap"
what kind of 'upgrades' did you try?
If you follow through the support article that I posted previously..
If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
There are several things listed to try.
My guess is that you are your husband are both using the same cellular provider and them both having stopped working is likely due to the need for a carrier settings update. There is a section in the link above for how to do that, which also provides a link to a secondary article.. but basically you'd just go to Settings > General > About and if a carrier settings update is available, a pop up should show.
My husband and I have iPhones and they both switched over to SOS two days ago and nothing we do to disconnect that mode works. So no incoming or outgoing calls are allowed. Completing upgrades haven't worked either.
It was stuck on SOS mode for three days. The ATT store tried several things but it was still stuck until today. Apparently the service signal was not true from the tower to our area as thump showed 100%. If it happens again, we might have to change services for a better connection. Thank you for replying.

I have the iPhone SE 2nd generation
Can you please explain what you mean by 'stuck on sos'.
What model phone do you have?
Thank you for the image.
Please see Chris0107’s post above.
I’ve tried everything his link suggested and nothing has worked
Do you have a SIM card and active plan with your carrier? Have you contacted them and what did they say?
