I received an email from apple subscription via SquareOne

I received an email telling me my one month trial had ended and I was going to be charged $500 for a one year Apple one subscription. I already have an apple one family subscription and have never signed up for squareone. I did recently receive a new iPhone, however.

It told me the charge would state it was from applecom/TXN. Then states if I did not authorize this to contact apple to cancel, and the number given is not for Apple. It is (808) 633 8488.

Is this spam?
