Bluetooth v Monterey 12.6.2

The latest update to Monterey v 12.6.2 has broken bluetooth on my early 2015 retina MacBook Pro.

It finds and allows the connection to my Arcam laptop to hi-fi device and shows it as being connected but it just doesn't work anymore!

Any suggestions on how to resolve? I've already done a delete and re-find without success.
