I want to add some audio from Itunes to my PERSONAL viedos. Is this possible and if so how?

Yes. If you are creating the video with iMovie, follow the steps in here: Add songs and other audio files to your iMovie project - Apple Support
Note that songs purchased from the iTunes Store are restricted to personal, non-commercial use, and are not licensed for any other purpose. That restriction carries over to derivative works such as a video that use the music. Make sure your video is personal.
