Connect your phone using a Lightning cable to your computer. If your Mac has Catalina or later open Finder and click on the iPhone in the sidebar; a Summary screen will (eventually) appear in the Finder window. If you have an earlier version of Mac OS open iTunes and click on the iPhone icon it the top bar.

If it doesn’t appear see this Apple support link→If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

After restoring the phone using one of the methods above you can restore your most recent backup.
