System settings light on: Update Apple ID

A red light is on in System Settings. It then says Update Apple ID settings. It then says "some account services won't be available until you sign in again". I sign in and it says something about iCloud settings as I'm doing that. When I sign in, I get back to the same place I was before. Also as I'm signing in it says Enter the password for the Apple ID "null".

I just go round and round in a circle. HELP. This never happened before I upgraded to VENTURA.

I think my IPAD is okay
