I recently bought a new iphone 14 pro from dubai and on opening it turned out to be a company phone. I have tried resetting, formatting and re-installing OS, went to service center and still no resolution is provided after this. And apple has taken no steps to help me connect with the reseller, Can anyone out here help me please?

If you bought from a reseller that is not authorized by Apple, this is unfortunately a risk you run. If the reseller will not allow you to return the device, and you cannot get the org to which it is tied to release it, then unfortunately, you have a brick.
