I forgot my iTunes password where and how can I recover my password?

Your iTunes login is your Apple ID, which may or may not be the same ID you use top log in here. You can't recover the password but you can reset it: please see the page linked to aet the top of this page. You should sign out of any services - such as here, the iTunes Store or equivalents, or iCloud - which use this ID and sign back in when you've reset it.
