It appears that iMessage is not activating on your iPhone.
Open Settings ➡️ Messages ➡️ iMessage: Set this switch to OFF.
Shut Down your iPhone and Restart it ⇒ Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ Shut Down
Once your iPhone has been restarted, then Open Settings ➡️ Messages ➡️ iMessage: Set this switch to ON.
Check whether your phone number is now available in Send & Receive and that you can place a check mark on it.

Open Settings ➡️ Messages ➡️ Send & Receive: Here, under YOU CAN RECEIVE MESSAGES TO AND REPLY FROM, ensure that only your phone number is checked and not your email address(es). Under START NEW CONVERSATIONS FROM, ensure that only your phone number is checked and not your email address(es).
Once the above is set correctly then you will have to delete all message threads in your Messages app. This will refresh the message list and will start all your new messages from your phone number and not your email address.
