Since the latest update I was defaulted to 3840x1600 and I wanted to change this however when I saw the Displays menu, suddenly most options shown were low resolution!
I'm running the same monitor with the same Thunderbolt cable between two intel based Macs and the difference is striking.
Anyone out there who has the same problem and managed to find a fix or do we all need to downgrade to 13.0?

Same problem here! I have a DELL Monitor U3818DW. With another monitor (LG HDR 4K) it works perfectly fine.
Exact same problem here. Have 2 16" MBP running Ventura 13.1 and 13.0.1.
Ventura 13.1 does not work with Apple Cinema Display 27"!
