I need to data transfer from my android phone to my old ios phone, but I can not find that item which shown in new device in stat up, please guide me how to do that.

Start up items? Are you asking about apps? If so, apps cannot be transferred from an Android phone to an Iphone. The operating systems are completely different.
You will need to install apps from the App Store.

When you buy new ios phone, at begining to start up , it will ask you to transfer data from old phone or android phone to new device.
Now i dont have new device but i need to transfer somthing from android. And I need to find that question items.
I mean start up items
I know this instruction, but its not new and I can not see the quice setup. And also I dont want to factory reset my ios phone.
