Hello Yellow_Kid,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Do you already have a photos album for the person's photos who you would like to use for wallpaper? If not, set up that album first. Guidance below is from Use the People album in Photos on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

"Find someone in the People album

The Photos app organizes the images of the people in the People album. You'll see a face thumbnail for each person your device recognizes. To find someone in your People album:

  1. Open the Photos app.
  2. Tap the Albums tab.
  3. Tap the People album.

If you named a person in the Photos app, you can also find them under the Search tab. Just tap Search, then type the person's name."

Once you have the album in place, you should then see it in the People section when you use the steps in Change the wallpaper on your iPhone. If it's not in People, tap the Albums tab and look through all albums to locate your photos.

"Add a new wallpaper for your Lock Screen or Home Screen

  1. In the Settings app, tap Wallpaper.
  2. Tap Add New Wallpaper.
  3. Tap Photos, People, or Photo Shuffle to choose your own photo. You can also select a wallpaper from a category like Weather & Astronomy, Emoji, Collections, or Color.
  4. If you want, you can customize your wallpaper further. Then tap Add."

Best of luck.
