How do I get the older version of GarageBand?

Hi there, so I have an iPad mini 2 but the problem is I want GarageBand installed but it says it's not compatible with my iPad which is running iOS 12.5.6

However, the other problem is I didn't get GarageBand through my Apple ID. And GarageBand was pre-installed on my iPad when I got it.
