I bought this Sunday an iPhone I send you my receipt.I want to get insurance cover tuft and loss. But I can’t . Can you help me please

That doesn't appear to be a receipt from an authorized reseller. If your phone is new and eligible for AppleCare, you will see an option to purchase in Settings.
