I recently bought the iPhone 13 in august the battery was completely fine but fast forward to now I have to charge my phone more than 3 times a day and the battery health is 100% it don't use it much during the day , even when im not using it the battery keeps draining and the phone gets hot whilst charging . im using the iOS 15.6.1

1) Update to iOS 16.2
2) It is normal to get warm while charging, getting hot is not. See this: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch gets too hot or too cold
3) These are the standard steps for short battery life:
a) Have you tried a restart? If not, do it now.
b) Go to Settings > Battery > BATTERY USAGE BY APP to see the apps that are consuming your battery.
