I have purchased a , “Jackson,” usb wall charge and it will not correctly charge my iPad Pro.?

Let's check to see if you experience the same behavior when charging your iPad Pro using a different power adapter or a computer. That should help to further isolate this behavior to the USB power adapter you purchased.
