Hey there Bummedatthis,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. To get started, does the issue occur if you use other apps, or just a specific app? If this only occurs in a specific app, can you let us know which app you're using when you see this alert?

Also, since the alert starting popping up, have you tried restarting your iPhone? If not, give that a try with the steps shown here: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later
1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

While restarting may seem like a simple step, it can often help with resolving some unexpected issues like this.

Lastly, do you see this alert when using Wi-Fi, cellular, or both? If possible, we would recommend testing the issue on another Wi-Fi network. This can help rule out a possible network issue causing the issue.

Keep us updated with the results.

Take care!

Hello Bummedatthis,

Thanks for getting back to us with those additional details. If you're seeing this message when you browse the internet on your iPhone, we'd recommend clearing Safari cache and website data. Here's how:

Delete history, cache, and cookies

• To clear your history and cookies, go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data. Clearing your history, cookies, and browsing data from Safari won't change your AutoFill information.
iPhone Safari Settings showing Clear history and website data.

• To clear your cookies and keep your history, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data.
• To visit sites without leaving a history, turn Private Browsing on.
When there's no history or website data to clear, the setting turns gray. The setting might also be gray if you have web content restrictions set up under Content & Privacy Restrictions in Screen Time.

Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

We hope this information is useful. Kind regards.
