need to know why my bill is more each month. in 2 separate charges.

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

and if it was me then I would have a look in

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

and maybe

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
