MacBook Pro wakes from sleep every minute when connect to an external display via a USB-C to DP adapter

Hello,

I noticed that my MacBook Pro 2020 stays quite warm while put into sleep and being connected to an external monitor via a USB-C to DisplayPort adapter (like this one or this one). So I checked the power management event logs (pmset -g log) and found out that the MacBook seems to wake up ~every minute and stays awake for just 1-2 seconds. This is short enough so that my monitor doesn't even turn on. That's probably also the reason why I never really noticed it - except that the MacBook stays quite warm.

I unplugged all other devices. Only when I remove the USB-C to DisplayPort adapter the problem goes away.

For details see the attached logs. Is this a known issue?
