Фиолетовый оттенок появляется когда ты допустим закрываешь какое то приложение в черной теме и можешь двигать им,так вот когда ты двигаешь от черного цвета идет как бы след фиолетового,а в настройках в черной теме такое же только когда листаешь оно еще и делает какие то настройки не статичными
